Having worked in restaurants and hospitality businesses, small to large, phone & black book to the best reservations systems, I am well-versed and well-connected to advise and help implement the most suitable software for your business. From POS to staff management and rota planning I can make introductions, summarise the pros and cons of different systems, and help manage implementation, to make sure you get the best system possible, get the most out of it, and don't get bogged down in the nitty gritty of setup.

There's an awful lot I can hopefully help you with, and some things I can't. While I am able to oversee and implement HACCP it is not my speciality (or frankly interest) but I can introduce you to great people to do just that. Similarly while I can help with interviews and onboarding, I am not in recruitment, but able to advise some great people to get in touch with or can help with writing or refining job ads. I am also not a chef (or bartender), but have an excellent palate, have worked across lots of cusines and know lots of brilliant chefs and bartenders, who again I can help with intros to for menu consultation or design. I do not do and am not specialist in Leadership specific training, but know people who are.
