Practical Design
The number of times I have walked into a restaurant as a guest or employee and questioned a decision on layout or design is extensive. I love beautiful spaces, but I also love practical spaces both for guests and staff - if you are opening a new restaurant or considering a re-design I am available to consult. I have experience with small to larger and multi-level spaces, PDRs and events, from casual QSR to fine dining.

Concept & Service Planning, Menu Consultation
This is an area where hopefully you as a business owner or group already have a pretty good idea of what you want the restaurant to be, how you want it to feel, and perhaps how you plan to achieve that, but translating this clearly to staff, and later guests, is one of the most essential points for any hospitality business. With long-term experience working with larger groups and independant owners I am highly analytical and skilled at interpreting what you want and putting that into practice. This is often a more involved process and may include initial discussions, building walk throughs or planning, menu tastings, practice services or more... but of course every consultation is bespoke.
